Lab Technician

Job Title: Lab Technician & Andrology & Endocrinology Location: FST Plano - Plano, TX 75024 Fertility Specialists of Texas (FST) is a leading fertility clinic known for our advanced treatments and compassionate, patient‑centered approach. With high success rates and exceptional care, we provide services including fertility consultations, egg, sperm, and embryo freezing, IUI, and IVF. Our dedicated team supports patients every step of the way. What You'll Do Perform semen analyses and sperm preparation for IUI and IVF/ICSI procedures. Conduct endocrinology testing. Manage reagents and inventory to keep the labs running smoothly. Carry out calibration, verification, and linearity testing for the immunoanalyzer. Input control data into Biorad's Unitycare/QCNet and generate monthly control reports. Perform cryopreservation and thawing of sperm samples. Coordinate shipping and receiving of cryopreserved specimens. Maintain rigorous daily, weekly, and monthly quality control standards across both labs. Greet and room patients, communicate results, and flag abnormal parameters to the physician or laboratory director. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree. Hands‑on laboratory experience.
