They are seeking a hands-on Controller who can partner directly with executive leadership, strengthen the finance function, and help build the infrastructure needed for the future. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional Controller role. Based on performance, this individual will have the opportunity to grow into the CFO role within approximately one year. Key Responsibilities Oversee accounting operations, including AP, payroll, month-end close, and financial reporting. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives. Develop financial reporting and dashboards to improve visibility into performance. Partner with revenue cycle leadership to improve collections and financial outcomes. Provide financial insights to executive leadership and the Board. Analyze profitability, expenses, provider performance, and opportunities for improvement. S trengthen processes, controls, and financial infrastructure across the organization. What Theyre Looking For Strong Controller-level accounting and financial leadership experience. Experience leading month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. Ability to communicate financial information clearly with executives and operational leaders. Someone who enjoys building processes, creating structure, and improving how finance supports the business. Healthcare finance experience preferred; candidates from other reimbursement-based industries will be considered.
