Senior Manager, Recruiting Technology
Salesforce, Inc.
Leading the development and lifecycle of Salesforce's recruiting technology ecosystem, the full-time Senior Manager, Recruiting Technology will define product strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance user experiences in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for recruiting technology Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from ideation to delivery Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure performance against key metrics Required Qualifications 5-8+ years of product management experience in HR or Recruiting Tech Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience Proven track record of managing products from conception to launch Experience with applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems Familiarity with Agile methodologies and strong analytical skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Salesforce, Inc.
