Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather critical information about clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, facilitating individualized treatment.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or trauma-focused therapy, tailored to the needs of the client population.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include achievable goals and specific interventions to guide clients through their detox and recovery processes.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each client.

• Engage in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans as required, to ensure the well-being of clients during vulnerable moments.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups designed to foster community among clients and enhance their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that client records reflect a thorough understanding of their progress and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this position is on clients experiencing mental health challenges associated with addiction, including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. Our clientele is diverse, with varying cultural backgrounds and life experiences, emphasizing the importance of delivering culturally aware and responsive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
