What You?ll Do:
As a Supervisor, you?ll manage cleaning teams across multiple evening commercial locations and help ensure we deliver top-tier service every time. In addition to operations, this role could include daytime lead generation and sales outreach?and we reward initiative. Earn a commission for every new account you help bring in!
Your Responsibilities:
- Duties (3?4 hours/day) - Starting on Weekends, with Weekday opportunities
- Train and supervise cleaning staff to meet high standards
- Perform routine inspections and address service issues
- Ensure compliance with procedures, job cards, and budgets
- Step in as needed to support open shifts or challenges
- Lead with integrity and foster a strong team dynamic
What We?re Looking For:
- Strong leadership background in janitorial or custodial environments
- Hands-on experience with commercial cleaning and floor care
- Comfortable handling HR-related responsibilities
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Reliable and consistent attendance record
