Director, Market Growth Strategy, Molecule to Market (CMC)

Dotmatics seeks an experienced CMC strategy leader to own market positioning and growth for their Luma Scientific Intelligence Platform. This customer-facing role involves engaging with pharmaceutical and biotech leaders, enabling global sales teams, and driving software adoption across chemistry, manufacturing, and controls functions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer engagements with CMC leaders to identify market needs and pain points
- Develop and communicate consistent CMC market positioning across Siemens global teams
- Enable sales organization with competitive intelligence, messaging, and use case development
- Partner with industry thought leaders to shape digital and AI conversations in CMC
- Drive software adoption strategy and identify AI use cases for manufacturing workflows
Requirements
- Deep expertise in CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, Controls) across drug development lifecycle
- Proven track record as market leader and subject matter expert in pharmaceutical sciences
- Experience engaging with pharma, biotech, and CDMO organizations at senior levels
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and AI applications in manufacturing
- Ability to develop market strategy, positioning, and competitive narratives
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with sales, product, and customer success teams
