### Exciting Opportunity: Float Pool RN in Stepdown Care

Job Description:


- Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Float Pool RN in a fast-paced, supportive environment!
- Work 3x12-hour shifts, with rotating day (07:00 - 19:30) and night (19:00 - 07:30) schedules.
- Potentially float to various units including J1-2, J33, and ED, providing care to a diverse patient population.
- Must have at least 12 months of permanent experience in the specialty for which you are applying.
- Current Ohio or compact nursing license required at the time of submission.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are mandatory.
- Be prepared to work during at least every other holiday!
- Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation; must achieve acceptable scores.

- Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care, collaborating effectively with healthcare teams, and ensuring excellent outcomes for patients.

Requirements:


- Minimum 1 year of combined permanent experience in the specialty.
- One professional reference from a manager or director in the specialty must be provided.
- Active certifications must be in hand at the time of submission.
- Complete a negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months; nicotine-free requirement applies to most travelers.
- Background checks are reviewed; no open cases will be accepted.
- Immediate initiation of BCI/FBI prints which must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.
- Nurses and CSTs are currently exempt from nicotine-free requirements.
