Exciting Opportunity for a Dedicated Registered Nurse in Medical Step-Down!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for patients needing Medical Step-Down level of care.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions to ensure optimal recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to address patient needs effectively.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-year experience in critical care or step-down nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association ONLY.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association ONLY.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Certification in Nursing or other professional certifications recognized by the Magnet Association.
• 2 years of experience in critical care or step-down nursing.

Work Schedule:

• Nights: 12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7am.
• Holiday and weekend rotation required.
