We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative with previous customer service experience. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, with a base ranging from $18/hour to $23/hour, based on experience, with the potential to earn more through commission and upselling to existing clients, averaging an additional $700/month. Fluency in Spanish is required for consideration. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Responsibilities Ensures ongoing engagement and satisfaction through consistent follow-up practices. Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients by outbound calling for renewals. Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently. Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments. Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately. Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations. Proactively address client needs and concerns to ensure long-term relationships.
