Aventine Properties LLC is seeking a reliable and motivated Administrative Assistant for its Real Estate Tax Grievance Business in Huntington Station. This full-time or part-time role offers a great opportunity to support a small team handling various administrative and case preparation tasks related to residential and commercial real estate properties. While prior tax grievance experience is not required, the ideal candidate must be organized, thorough, and possess a positive attitude. This position provides exposure to cross-departmental functions and occasional local travel.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and respond to queries
• Manage files and assist with case preparation
• Provide general administrative support and bookkeeping
• Assist with in-house mailings and marketing initiatives
• Utilize accounting software, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools
• Support activities related to residential and commercial property cases

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in administrative support
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
