The Finance and Accounting group manages all aspects of our finances and serves as trusted advisors for all our strategic and enterprise endeavors. Along with managing compilation of our financial statements, looking after our cash and overseeing compliance, we partner closely with the business in overseeing company wide resource allocation, developing cutting edge compensation initiatives and generating detailed financial analyses to drive the business forward. We also develop advanced capital strategies to support the company's short- and long-term future.In this hybrid role, you will report to the Accounting Manager.You will:Own the global month-end intercompany close and consolidation process, driving multi-currency FX revaluations, eliminations, and group reporting in compliance with US GAAP and IFRSOperationalize and scale the accounting framework to support international expansion and new legal entity setupsLead the operational accounting and execution for global transfer pricing, service fees, and cost-sharing agreements, ensuring alignment with corporate Tax and TreasuryManage global statutory reporting and compliance, acting as the primary controllership contact and partner with global cross-functional teamsAutomate and improve existing processes, and support systems implementationIdentify, research, and document complex technical accounting issuesYou have:Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designationBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field4+ years of experience at a Big 4 Firm4+ years of experience with operational, intercompany accountingWe prefer:Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS, particularly in the areas of intercompany accounting, consolidation and FXStrong attention to detail, organizational skills; and ability to multitask in a dynamic environmentProven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and to lead and drive complex initiativesProven experience in technical accounting research and documentationExperience in the tech industryExperience with SAP Cloud, Systems implementationThe expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
