Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, goals, and underlying issues.
• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions, providing therapeutic support for a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
• Engage clients in couples and family therapy sessions, enhancing relationship dynamics and resolving conflicts through effective communication strategies.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that include measurable objectives and targeted interventions based on each client’s needs.
• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring immediate support and safety.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, coping mechanisms, and community resources available for ongoing support.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress documentation, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Adhere to all relevant ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and informed consent throughout the counseling process.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
