SZM DIGNITY HOME CARE LLC is a licensed non-medical home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality, and person-centered care to seniors and individuals with developmental and physical disabilities throughout the Bay Area. We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and results-driven Home Care Manager to lead our daily operations and help grow our organization.

Position Summary

The Home Care Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring compliance with all California Home Care Services Bureau (HCSB) regulations, San Andreas Regional Center (SARC) requirements, and company policies. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong background in home care management, staff supervision, compliance, marketing, and client development.

Minimum Qualifications

* Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a non-medical home care agency.

* Thorough knowledge of California Home Care Services Bureau (HCSB) regulations.

* Strong understanding of San Andreas Regional Center (SARC) policies, documentation, reporting requirements, and compliance standards.

* Experience managing office operations, caregiver scheduling, client services, and administrative staff.

* Demonstrated success in business development, networking, and marketing within the home care industry.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Primary Responsibilities

* Manage the daily operations of the agency.

* Ensure full compliance with California state regulations and licensing requirements.

* Maintain compliance with San Andreas Regional Center standards, policies, and documentation requirements.

* Supervise office personnel and direct care staff.

* Monitor caregiver performance through regular file audits, documentation reviews, home visits, and quality assurance activities.

* Ensure employee files, client files, training records, and compliance documentation remain current and audit-ready.

* Coordinate client admissions, care plans, staffing, and scheduling.

* Develop and implement operational policies that improve efficiency and quality of care.

* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with regional centers, case managers, healthcare providers, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and community organizations.

* Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase referrals and expand the agency’s client base.

* Represent SZM DIGNITY HOME CARE LLC professionally within the community.

* Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to ownership for continuous improvement.

* Resolve client and employee concerns professionally and promptly.

* Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards.
