National Corporate Housing is seeking a service-oriented Guest Experience Coordinator to deliver an exceptional experience for our residents before, during, and after their stay. This role includes coordinating apartment readiness, supporting guests in real time, and ensuring each move-in and move-out is seamless. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and passionate about going above and beyond for customers. Expectations for success include delivering an outstanding guest experience by serving as the go-to contact throughout the resident's stay, responding to guest needs promptly with compassion, care, and understanding, documenting and escalating any issues, damages, or concerns in a timely manner, coordinating with vendors for furniture and service deliveries, pickups, and installations, focusing on the details to ensure a high degree of accuracy, and recommending best practices to help drive guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role offers dynamic work, no two days are the same, direct influence on guest satisfaction and company reputation, and the opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive local team. Exercise sound judgment in resolving operational issues and coordinating cross-functional resources. Ensure operational consistency in meeting National Corporate Housing quality standards while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a personable self-starter with strong communication skills, a "whatever it takes" attitude toward providing the ultimate guest experience, a reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, flexible environment, and familiar with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.). High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old.
