The Air Service Coordinator will coordinate service technicians for break‑fixes and preventative maintenance. The coordinator provides excellent customer service to all customers while participating in daily problem solving and continuous improvement activities. The coordinator will also update the system with service call information, coordinate the service calendar to track calls/visits, track parts, quote, invoice when jobs are completed, and enter sales orders to have parts pulled for service calls. What we look for: Must have great communication skills, be organized, and be able to effectively interact with customers and other employees. Knowledge of and experience in general office and administrative procedures. Ability to successfully work in a fast‑paced environment. Prior related experience preferred.
