Mechanical AssemblerJoin a growing manufacturing team assembling custom overhead doors for fire stations, airplane hangers, and other large industrial doors using hand and power tools. This role involves reading blueprints, taking measurements, performing light wiring, and packaging finished products for shipment.ResponsibilitiesAssemble doors using hand and power tools.Read blueprints and follow product specifications.Measure and verify dimensions for accuracy.Perform light wiring and final product assembly.Package finished products and maintain a clean work area.Qualifications6+ months of mechanical assembly experience.Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.Experience with hand and power tools.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive tasks.Opportunity to build valuable mechanical and fabrication skills while working in a team-oriented environment that values quality, craftsmanship, and growth. Regular use of hand and power tools in a hands-on manufacturing setting.This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, MN.The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
