Location: Remote Position/Work from Home
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time-Flexible Hours
Compensation: 100% Uncapped Commission-Based

We are currently seeking motivated, coachable, and driven Independent Life Insurance Agents to join our expanding remote team. Whether you are experienced in the industry or looking to build a long-term career with strong mentorship and systems, this opportunity offers flexibility, growth potential, and the ability to create your own schedule and income goals.
Responsibilities:Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided resources
Educate clients on available policies and coverage options
Follow up with prospects to close sales and maintain customer satisfaction
Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings
Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
