Executive Director – Early Childhood Education Lead a School. Develop a Team. Make an Impact.

The Konrad Group of Primrose Schools is looking for an experienced, energetic, and relationship-driven Executive Director who is ready to lead with purpose.

What You'll Do

As Executive Director, you will oversee the overall success of the school while developing a leadership team capable of driving results.

You will:

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop teachers and management team members

• Create a positive, professional, accountable school culture

• Recruit, train, develop, and retain exceptional employees

• Drive enrollment and build strong relationships with prospective and current families

• Maintain high standards for customer service and family satisfaction

• Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, safety, and Primrose standards

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and operational expenses

• Partner with the Curriculum and Admissions teams to achieve school goals

• Maintain high standards for classroom quality and implementation of the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach

• Build relationships within the local community

• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable

• Identify challenges early and develop solutions rather than simply reacting to problems

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have leadership or management experience in early childhood education

• Have experience directing a licensed childcare or preschool program

• Understand Texas childcare licensing requirements

• Are comfortable leading and developing a large team

• Have strong communication and organizational skills

• Can confidently handle parent concerns and difficult conversations

• Understand enrollment, retention, staffing, and school operations

• Take ownership and follow through on commitments

• Lead with professionalism, integrity, consistency, and positivity

• Enjoy coaching others and helping employees grow into future leaders
