Travis County is seeking a Information Technology customer support professional to provide basic to moderately complex desktop support on-site and remotely. The role includes logging calls, equipment deployment, and assisting with new technology deployments. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of experience, or equivalent. A Texas Driver’s License is required; MCP/A+ preferred. Work hours are 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday, at 5501 Airport Blvd, Austin, TX 78751. #J-18808-Ljbffr Travis County
