Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of the Yuba Health Counseling Center is to serve individuals experiencing complex mental health needs, especially those with co-occurring medical conditions. Our ideal candidate will exhibit sensitivity to the varied backgrounds of patients, including those coping with autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist.

• Demonstrated experience providing mental health services, particularly for individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster positive patient and team interactions.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries while adhering to ethical standards and ensuring confidentiality.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
