Job Summary and Responsibilities *This position covers the East Valley area.* As a Home Health Weekend RN, you will: Be a clinical leader. Job Requirements Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state served. Minimum of 1 year of Home Health nursing experience required. Exceptional critical thinking, proven clinical expertise, strong case management abilities, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care. Current CPR/BLS certification. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
