Department / Unit The ICU RN provides direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You meet the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural, and other needs of patients and families, and communicate effectively with all members of the health‑care team about changes in the patient's condition or response to treatment. Shift Pattern 12‑hour shifts – 0700‑1930 and 1900‑0730 (night service). Key Responsibilities You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day, leverage your skills and our cutting‑edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing, serve as a patient‑care innovator, and provide specialized plan‑of‑care interventions. Qualifications & Requirements Current state RN license. Bachelor’s degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications. One (1) to two (2) years of ICU experience preferred.
