Job Responsibilities

• Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and design tailored therapeutic plans to help them reach their personal goals
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide holistic and comprehensive patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Share valuable knowledge with patients and caregivers about therapy techniques to promote continual progress at home
• Track Progress and Results: Monitor clinical success and modify treatment approaches as necessary, guaranteeing ongoing patient improvement

Educational Background

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution
• Support for continuing education and advanced certifications is provided

Required Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
