What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner with a range of professionals including OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide guidance on therapy practices to empower both patients and caregivers in facilitating recovery at home.
• Track Progress and Adapt as Needed: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans to ensure effective progress and adherence to goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement for ongoing education and further certifications

Licenses and Certifications

• Current, valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
