Job Overview A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate to join its Portland, OR office. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in labor and employment law, with additional litigation and advisory experience considered a plus. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Oregon. Duties Provide legal counsel on labor and employment matters. Represent clients in litigation and mediation. Draft and review legal documents and contracts. Conduct legal research and analysis. Requirements 4 to 6 years of labor and employment law experience. Licensed to practice law in Oregon. Litigation and advisory experience preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Oregon State Bar license. Skills Strong analytical and research skills.
