Payroll Manager
Xpand Group
Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team on a temporary contract. This person will support day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining payroll data.
Responsibilities
- Process and support end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule
- Maintain employee payroll information and updates
- Review deductions, benefits, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll adjustments
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure payroll processes align with applicable tax and employment requirements
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations teams
- Support payroll reporting, reconciliations, and documentation
- 3+ years of payroll experience
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll platforms
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, deductions, and compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to ramp up quickly and provide immediate support during the contract
