Chief HVAC Estimator

This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Chief Plumbing Estimator and report to Estimating Director on current and upcoming projects.
- Review and approve final HVAC numbers on medium and large commercial estimates
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for best pricing
- Train HVAC estimators and help them grow with the company
Requirements:
- 10+ years of commercial hvac estimating experience
- Title 24 and OSHPD knowledge
- Advanced on-screen takeoff estimating software experience (Quickpen/Accubid)
- Comfortable working with MS Excel and BlueBeam
- Prior field experience and/or bachelors in mechanical engineering or construction management
