Project Coordinator

General Description: The Project Coordinator will act as a liaison between internal and external project team members. This position will collaborate closely with our Project Management, Operations, AP, and Payroll teams. Key Responsibilities: Accuratelymaintainproject records throughout the course of construction Manage document control, plan distribution, and project binders Process RFIs and submittals and distribute project documents Invoice entry, organization, and coding Organize andmaintaincost control logs for projects, timesheets, daily schedule, material tickets, corporate card receipts, andadditionaloffice documentation Initiate and follow up with the OUPS (Ohio Utilities Protection Services) process Ensure all timesheets are complete Assemble project closeout packages (as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties) Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or relevant work experience Ability to prioritize, work independently, and multitask to meet deadlines Desire to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, inclusive work environment Strong written and verbal communication skills 1–3 years of construction office experience preferred Current valid driver’s license and pre-employment drug screen Proficiencywith Microsoft Excel; Procore experience a plus Competitive annual base salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with 100% company match on the first 3% and 50% match on the next 2% Paid time off Ongoing training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement in a fast-growing company Gioia Concrete Construction, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gioia Concrete Construction, Inc
