Job Summary Provide, promote and maintain quality patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic imaging procedures through education, standards of practice, professional growth, and collaboration with other multidisciplinary healthcare providers. Responsibilities Initiate and document a written plan of care within the specified timeframe. Perform patient interventions completely and proficiently, demonstrating age‑specific competency for the patient population served. Verify, during hospitalization, orders for accuracy (including medication reconciliation), appropriate scheduling of tests and/or procedures, pre‑op data, and consent forms. Follow medication and IV therapy policies including patient identification, medication education, administration, and recognition/reporting of interactions 100% of the time. Appropriately monitor first‑dose medications for adverse reactions. Interpret diagnostic data and take appropriate action when indicated, such as notifying physicians of critical lab values per hospital protocol. Perform related duties as required. Qualifications – Required Associate’s degree in Nursing. Valid Permanent Multi‑State RN License from the state of residence. If licensed in another compact state, obtain a Multi‑State RN License within 30 days of residency. American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR, obtained within 7 days of hire. American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and NIHSS, completed within the orientation period for ICU/CCU, SICU, and CVICU. Prior clinical experience reviewed to determine acceptable experience. Qualifications – Preferred One year of telemetry experience. Certified Critical Care RN (CCRN).
