As the Procurement Specialist you will lead, perform and oversee management and administrative duties for the purchasing department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Direct the research and purchase of technical products for all departments
*Provide administrative and clerical support to the department
*Type reports, purchase orders and other documents
*Research vendors and collect prices, specifications, and other data as needed
*Control all order confirmations, monitor delivery dates and verify invoices
*Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
*High School Diploma or equivalent- Required, College Degree Preferred
*Minimum of 2 years of procurement experience
*Attention to detail
*Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
*Ability to type 50wpm - evaluation required
