Position summary

Red Rock pharmacy is seeking a motivated territory sales representative to join our growing compounding pharmacy team for multiple regions across Florida . This individual will be responsible for managing and expanding business within an assigned geographic territory and will require travel.

Key responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and establish relationships with healthcare professionals (physicians, clinics, wellness centers, and other potential referral sources).
• Sales & Outreach: Conduct sales visits, presentations, and educational meetings to promote pharmacy services.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient engagement. Learn the market players and actively engage to drive new business.
• Account Management: Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction to retain current clients.
• Networking: Attend industry events, and community engagements to build professional connections.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
• Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and ethical guidelines.

Compensation is dependent on experience.

• Proven experience in sales, healthcare marketing, pharmaceuticals, or compound pharmacy marketing.
• Valid driver's license with the willingness to travel both in and out of state. Approximately 40% travel
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Proficient with excel, microsoft office and CRM software
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
