Entry‑Level Auto Finance Representative Onsite | Irving, TX | Contract‑to‑Hire $18.50-$23.50/hr Ready to launch your career in the Auto-finance industry? We are hiring for two roles, and candidates should be open to any of these positions: + Customer Accounts Representative + Customer Care Representative You'll receive full training - plus opportunities to cross‑train and grow. 1. Customer Accounts Representative Schedule: + Mon-Fri: 8 AM-5 PM + Two late shifts weekly: 11 AM-8 PM (never Fridays) + Every other Saturday: 8 AM-12 PM + One week each month: 7 AM-4 PM + Saturday 7 AM-12 PM What You'll Do: + Make friendly, early‑stage courtesy calls to customers 1-29 days past due on payments + Help customers with payment setups, auto‑pay enrollment, and account updates + Assist with password resets or login issues + No heavy collections - escalation teams handle those accounts 2. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
