E-Commerce Operations Coordinator

Job Overview The major home fashions company in the City of Commerce is hiring a Logistics Staff member to handle order processing, shipment management, and customer service. Responsibilities Process orders and maintain accurate order records. Handle domestic and international shipments using various carriers. Perform general filing, data entry, office assistance, and customer service tasks. Process E‑Commerce orders from platforms such as Wayfair, Amazon, Bed‑Bath and Beyond, JCP, Lowe’s, Macy’s, AAFES, and Walmart. Use EDI with routing/shipping guides. Complete shipping documents, including packing lists and Bills of Lading. Provide customer service support. Qualifications College degree or equivalent with at least one year of experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Sage for order import and reporting. Detail oriented. Team player able to work in a fast‑paced environment and take on additional duties as assigned. Benefits Health insurance. Dental insurance. Vision insurance. Paid time off.
