Job Posting

Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Transparency: $20.27/hr. starting pay

Additional Details: Part-Time position. Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 9:30pm The desired location for this position would be Knoxville, TN. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week.
