The ideal candidate will oversee daily kitchen activities, ensure food quality and safety standards, manage inventory and scheduling, and support a positive, team-oriented work environment. What You'll Do As Kitchen Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our kitchen operations, ensuring every plate meets our standards for quality, consistency, and flavor. You'll:

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team through daily operations
• Ensure food quality, safety, and execution standards are consistently

exceeded

• Manage labor and have financial acumen on food costs while minimizing waste
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop team members
• Maintain compliance with health regulations and company standards
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and product controls
• Conduct Taste & Temp checks to ensure exceptional food quality
• Foster a positive, clean, safe, and high-performing work environment
• Support team growth and create opportunities for success
• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and fun to every shift

What You'll Bring * 3–5 years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with bar operations

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Experience managing food and labor costs
• Proficiency with restaurant technology, POS systems, and Microsoft Excel
• A passion for hospitality, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Successful completion of a background check
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to creating an
