We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents and ensuring they receive the best care and support. As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Caregivers/Health Aides to lead our Assisted Living community.

Position Summary: As a Caregiver at Leisure Vale Assisted Living, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our residents. You will provide direct care and assistance, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort. We are looking for individuals who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of seniors.
Key Responsibilities for Caregivers:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Providing companionship, emotional support, and a friendly presence to residents.
- Assisting with meal preparation and serving.
- Supporting residents in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Documenting care provided and reporting changes in residents' conditions.
Qualifications for Caregivers:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but not required. We provide training for motivated candidates.
- Compassion and a genuine desire to help seniors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
