We are seeking an operational and passionate Executive Chef to oversee a multi-faceted culinary footprint that blends a scratch-kitchen, farm-to-table restaurant with high-end weddings, banquets, and private events.

What We Seek:
- Experience: 3+ years as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a luxury boutique hotel/inn, fine-dining restaurant, or high-end event space.
- Leadership: Equal mastery running an intimate, high-end à la carte dining room and a 150-person plated event on the same evening.
- Communication: Exceptional cross-departmental alignment with the Front-of-House and events team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of COGS, recipe costing, yield management, and labor scheduling in a high-volume seasonal market.
