Influencer Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a REMOTE Influencer Specialist, listed below are daily tasks you will be completing.

• Research and identify influencers that align with the brand’s values, target audience, and campaign goals.

• Conduct outreach, negotiate terms, and onboard influencers for campaigns.

• Develop and distribute campaign briefs with clear brand messaging, content requirements, and deadlines.

• Act as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout the campaign.

• Manage product/ gift card seeding, ensuring timely delivery of items for content creation.

• Track campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are met.

• Review influencer content for brand alignment, accuracy, and FTC compliance.

• Provide feedback and request necessary revisions before content goes live.

• Monitor performance metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and impressions.

• Maintain and update an influencer database with engagement rates, audience demographics, and past collaborations.

• Identify new talent and opportunities for innovative influencer partnerships.

• Extremely organized and attentive to detail

• Up to date with the latest trends

• Outgoing and go getter personality

• Experience with identifying influencers/creators for specific trends • Experience working with YouTube influencers
