About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Media & Creative to lead the marketing transformation journey. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, consumer-obsessed leader with a minimum of 15 years of marketing experience, including a strong background in digital. This role is pivotal in overseeing the development and execution of full-funnel media campaigns and leading-edge creative, while managing a large team and cross-functional agency ecosystem. The VP will be responsible for setting the standard for world-class marketing, optimizing marketing investments, and driving a culture of marketing innovation. They will also be the lead storyteller, evangelizing the company's marketing value story, and will be expected to have a proven track record in cross-functional collaboration, thought leadership, and team building. Candidates for the Vice President of Media & Creative position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is a plus. The role requires a leader with a strong understanding of content production, experience in co-creating with influencers, and a proven track record in managing agencies across various marketing disciplines. The ideal candidate will be metrics-driven, results-oriented, and have a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and team orientation. They should be a superb team builder, with a history of leading high-performance teams and a commitment to people development.
