About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Brand Strategy with a focus on DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and patient marketing. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the development of targeted and transformative insights that drive brand strategies, tactical initiatives, and creative campaigns. This role requires a strong ability to inspire trust in clients, act as a strategic partner, and lead the discovery and development of brand and product strategies. The VP will also be responsible for leading client meetings, workshops, and research projects to ensure that all brand activations align with the established principles. A background in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising, with a specific focus on professional DTC or patient marketing, is essential. Applicants for the VP, Brand Strategy position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, advertising, communications, psychology, anthropology, sociology, or statistics, and have at least 10 years of experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency environment. The role demands a candidate who is not only a strategic thinker but also an engaging storyteller and a critical thinker. The VP will be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic recommendations that lead to significant brand results. Experience in leading qualitative and quantitative research projects, as well as the ability to diagnose and offer solutions to ensure brand strategy alignment, is also required.
