In this behind-the-scenes role, you'll prepare smoothies, complete ingredient prep, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and keep the beverage bar stocked and running efficiently.Working closely with the Barista team, you'll help ensure consistent product quality and seamless daily operations. This position has little to no direct customer interaction and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in organization, efficiency, and execution.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare smoothies accurately and efficiently according to recipes.Complete daily ingredient prep, including washing, cutting, portioning, and organizing produce.Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked smoothie station, prep area, and storage spaces.Receive, label, store, and monitor inventory, communicating low stock to management.Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.Support the Bar team during peak service while maintaining operational excellence.Stand for extended periods and lift or transport produce, supplies, and other heavy items as needed.1–2 years of experience in food prep, smoothie production, kitchens, juice bars, or a similar environment preferred.Food Handler's Certificate and knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask while maintaining high production standards.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry heavy items.Interest in wellness, fresh produce, and functional ingredients is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
