How you’ll make an impact Support Client Hotline acting as first point of contact, escalating calls when needed, supporting: Sim Swaps, Signal checks FSR, Signal check fabricator, wiring issues. Monitor Client Tech support email and alerts Document FAQ’s and create a Procedure log and tech notes Manage multiple SIM site activation and deactivation activities Maintain IT tickets Safely and efficiently onboard and offboard assets as required by production needs Rolling out/Pushing PLC and Moxa Tosibox Updates Ensure Telecontrol server is maintained VPN Hardware refurbishment, testing, and returns Manage Starlink and Hughes satellite site Panel shop coordination to NAT (Name Address Translation) & Naming Moxa devices on new builds Keep Asset management database current and secure Firmware kits – in shop Skills you’ll need High proficiency in reading and troubleshooting electrical schematics. Previous experience in material management and maintaining a neat work environment. Demonstrated expertise in organizing and managing project-specific materials. Careful handling of expensive equipment and showcasing a high level of responsibility. Effective collaboration with engineering staff, demonstrating the ability to complete projects on schedule.
