Key Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a AGM or equivalent in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant Strong leadership skills with a focus on hands-on team engagement Financial fluency with P&Ls, labor, COGS, and inventory management Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills Passion for hospitality, sustainability, and guest satisfaction Ability to travel briefly during the training period
