Role: Service Desk L2
Location: Downtown Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 4 days/week onsite)
Duration: 6 months (Contract-to-Hire potential)
Hours: 40/week
Rate: Up to $77/hr C2C
Clearance: U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only - no relocation candidates
Client: Confidential - Investment Management Company
Must-Haves:
- 5-7+ years of Service Desk/Desktop Support experience
- Experience working in financial services or investment management companies
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to self-manage
- Familiarity with ZenDesk (currently in use)
- ServiceNow experience is a plus (potential transition in the future)
- Familiarity with monitoring and patching (moving to N-Able for these functions)
Please only share candidates who are local to Chicago and can be onsite 4 days a week.
