Job DescriptionPosition Overview Renew Health Behavioral and Mental Health Services is seeking compassionate and qualified Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) to join our team in a fully remote setting based in Everett, Washington. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the needs and challenges of clients, facilitating the creation of personalized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, providing ongoing support and adjustments as needed for optimal client outcomes. Document client progress, maintaining accurate and confidential records within our electronic health record (EHR) system. Engage and collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and other social workers, to ensure holistic care delivery. Stay informed about current research and emerging practices within the field, incorporating new knowledge into your practice. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a unique array of challenges related to mental health. You will specifically work with individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as those under hospice care requiring emotional and psychological support. Your role will focus on implementing strategies to enhance their quality of life, ensuring that they feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. An active LICSW license in the state of Washington. Demonstrated competency in clinical assessment and intervention skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with team members. A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry standards. Preferred Experience Experience working in hospice care or with terminally ill patients is a plus. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques. Proficiency in telehealth practices and technologies.
