Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and groups, providing evidence-based treatment and support. Assess client needs through diagnostic evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals. Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals, ensuring comprehensive care for our clients. Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and confidential client records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Provide crisis intervention as needed, effectively managing acute situations to ensure the safety and well-being of clients. Utilize telehealth best practices and therapeutic modalities to enhance client engagement and treatment efficacy. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington. Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, demonstrating the ability to manage a variety of client needs. Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for establishing rapport with diverse populations. Strong commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development, emphasizing cultural competence and social justice. Preferred Experience Experience with telehealth platforms as well as familiarity with electronic health records. Background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care. Previous experience working in community health settings or integrated care environments.
