Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct virtual, comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, identifying their strengths and needs to establish a solid foundation for therapy. \n Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to individual clients as well as families and groups. \n Work in partnership with physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care plans, ensuring a holistic approach to client wellness. \n Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources and support services to assist in their ongoing mental health journeys. \n Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes meticulously in electronic health records; ensure timely and accurate reporting of outcomes. \n Engage actively in team meetings, case reviews, and workshops aimed at enhancing clinical skills and keeping abreast of best practices in social work. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your work will primarily involve supporting adults facing varying mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment issues among others.
