Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs. Provide both individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support clients through their challenges. Develop and implement tailored service plans that are aligned with clients' unique goals and objectives. Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring their rights are protected while assisting them in accessing necessary resources and addressing social justice issues. Contribute to program development and evaluation, including preparation and submission of grant reports to secure funding for ongoing initiatives. Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteer networks to enhance service delivery and effectiveness. Engage in regular team meetings, ongoing training, and community outreach to foster a clinic-wide culture of learning and growth. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families dealing with mental health issues, trauma, loss, and significant life transitions. As a crucial member of the mental health support team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through complex situations by offering empathy-driven support and professional expertise. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is essential for this role. Demonstrated communication skills, empathy, and strong organizational abilities are fundamental for success. Preferred Experience Experience in a nonprofit organization or similar mental health setting is preferred, ideally with a focus on telehealth services. Knowledge and experience in social justice advocacy, trauma-informed care, and familiarity with community resources are highly beneficial. Compensation and Benefits Catalyst Behavioral Health Center offers competitive compensation for this role, with a salary range of USD 78,000 to 115,000 annually, depending on caseload management and professional experience.
