Key Responsibilities\n

As an LICSW at Real Beginnings, you will be entrusted with essential responsibilities that directly impact our clients’ mental health. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to determine individual patient needs.

• Creating personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
