Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs and tailor individualized treatment plans that align with best practices. Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to fit the unique preferences and situations of your clients. Maintain accurate, timely, and secure clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and relevant health regulations. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to ensure seamless and coordinated care for our patients. Engage in case consultations and participate in regular team meetings to share insights, enhance care quality, and drive team success. Empower clients and their families by providing education about mental health, treatment options, and community resources available to them. Continually update your knowledge of the latest research and methodologies in the mental health field, integrating this knowledge into your therapeutic practice. Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will involve supporting a diverse patient population dealing with various mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Proficiency in solution-focused therapy approaches, demonstrating skills in various evidence-based practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling you to build rapport and effectively engage with clients. Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
